What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers qualified manufacturing defects, workmanship issues, approved component failures, Battery Management System (BMS) faults, and abnormal battery performance under normal recommended operating conditions, subject to inspection and warranty validation.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, physical impact, water ingress, unauthorized opening, incompatible charging equipment, overloading, fire, tampering, or operation outside recommended conditions.
